Hood and his staff, including interaction with respective engineers selected for the project. Shawn often extends consultation services related to client’s interior design selections in order to bring the client's project to a cohesive result.

Shawn works closely with the General Contractor and subcontractors to provide any clarification, instruction, and/or interpretation that may be needed regarding the construction documents. Acting as the client’s representative, self-directed site visits are made to ensure construction follows the project objectives.

With 10 years’ experience as a custom home builder, Shawn F. Hood delivers uniquely-tailored construction consultation. Shawn  also offers non-traditional services, such as neighborhood deed restriction administration, extensive “owner’s rep” construction site consultation, routine visits, and other related services.
